Frankenmuth has a rich history of music and has produced several famous musicians, including the Polka Hall of Fame's Marv Herzog and rock band sensation, Greta Van Fleet. Come see artifacts dating back to the 1780s from Frankenmuth's first German settlers and witness how music has transformed our "Little Bavaria." Oh, and did we mention this exhibit is interactive! Yes, we have plenty of instruments that all ages can play!

Group Programs & Field Trips

We offer programs for all ages and group sizes! We created educational programs for school field trips, scouts, social groups, senior groups, and anything in between!

Group Programs and Field Trips are available at the museum or at the historic Wolkensdoerfer Log House.

Our programs are tailored for you!  We work with Scout Troops quite often, and are more than happy to tailor a program to fit a badge that your Troop needs.  Our most popular badge though, is Playing the Past, where Scouts make butter, candles, and tin ornaments all inside our our Log House.

We take pride in offering inclusive programming.  We also offer sensory-friendly programs and can accommodate people with disabilities.
