Built in the late 1800's, Fischer Hall has witnessed much of Frankenmuth's history, serving as a host site for weddings, graduations, theater performances, concerts, and more. Beautifully restored to its pre-1900's appearance, you now have the opportunity to experience this living piece of history by booking Fischer Hall for your next event.

What is included in the rental fee?
Renters get tables & chairs, air conditioning, parking, kitchenette (no stove or microwave). Renters can request lectern and coffee urn as well.
The following equipment is available for a fee:
-Stage lighting ($10)
-Sound system with wireless microphone ($10)
-DVD player / PC projector & screen ($15)
-2 tap keg cooler ($25)
-One side of the marquee - Hall's choice ($15)
What do I need to provide to book my event?
The first step is to submit the rental worksheet (the link is to the right) to firstname.lastname@example.org. From there:
-Half down secures your reservation (your total fee will be calculated by our rental coordinator once you have submitted the rental worksheet). The other half is due 30 days before your event. We accept cash, check, or credit card.
-A security deposit check of $200 (which is not cashed unless there is damage to the hall; otherwise it is voided and shredded after your event)
-The declaration page of your homeowners or renters insurance
-The signed contract that will be emailed to you by our rental coordinator after receiving your rental worksheet
Some basic rules:
-You have the hall from midnight to midnight so you can come in as early as you like the day of your event.
-Renters are to come in to the office to get a key a few days prior to their event (office hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday)
-Renters may not set up earlier than the day of their event unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. For those who are not members of FHA, the cost of setting up a day early is $75, and it is $25 for FHA members.
-Renters may NOT enter the hall prior to their event without permission from FHA, as there may be another event occurring the day before yours.
-Renters may not tape or nail ANYTHING to the walls.
-Absolutely NO glitter is allowed in the hall.
-Stairs to the stage are not to be moved. If you need the stairs moved, please make arrangements ahead of time to allow our maintenance personnel to safely move them.
-MAKE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER ALL RENTALS. A cleanup checklist is provided with your contract, and there is also a copy in the kitchenette.
